Hello all!  I have a new card.  This time, I used an image from Lyn.  You can get to her blog here.  I love visiting it, because Lyn creates such beautiful cards.  She also offers a free digi every week.  She posted a challenge a few weeks ago and I decided to join in. So this is my card for her challenge.

Jak is celebrating!

Some of you are probably wondering who Jak is. Well, she is a wonderful lady and a very talented crafter. Her cards are so lovely, with beautiful detail and harmonious color. You can visit her web site here to see what I mean. Now, as written in the title, Jak is celebrating. She reached over 1 thousand followers and over 1 million hits on her site. Joyful ride

I got a new card done. I am so happy with it. I colored an image from Nina Jay May of Paper Cupcakes.  I scanned my card and it unfortunately came out a little blurry. I guess it is because I popped the image on foam pads to give it dimension. I am entering my card in the challenge currently going on on There's magic in the air. We are to use any type of punch on our card. I punched the bottom of my image and I also added some punched flowers and leaves as a lovely border.

J'ai fait une nouvelle carte et je suis très heureuse du résultat.  J'ai colorié une image de Nina Jay May de Paper Cupcakes. J'ai numérisé ma carte et elle est malheureusement un petit peu floue. Je crois que c'est parce que j'ai fixé l'image sur des petites mousses pour la surélever. Je présente ma carte pour le challenge du site There's magic in the air. Nous étions demandés d'utiliser n'importe quel type de poinçon sur notre carte. J'ai perforé le bas de mon image et j'ai également ajouté des fleurs et des feuilles comme bordure.

A new card

Here is a card a finished the other day.  The turtle is an image from Bugaboo.  I kept seeing hearts when I was coloring it.  So, I designed my card using hearts.

Voici une carte que j'ai terminé il y a quelque temps.  L'image de la tortue peut être trouvée sur le site de Bugaboo.  Lorsque je coloriais l'image, je voyais continuellement des coeurs.  J'ai donc conçu ma carte en intégrant des coeurs.

Singing in the rain

I made a new card using an image I had for a while. I think I got it from The Pixie Cottage (but I'm not sure).

I just love the joyful expression on this little guy's face.  I added some glitter to the raindrops and water at his feet, but it doesn't show on my picture :-( 

J'ai fait une nouvelle carte avec une image que j'ai depuis un certain temps.  Je crois qu'elle provient de The Pixie Cottage (mais je n'en suis pas certaine).

J'aime l'expression joviale de ce petit bonhomme.  J'ai ajouté du brillant (glitter) aux gouttes de pluie et à la marre d'eau à ses pieds, mais ça ne paraît pas sur ma photo :-(

Summer days

My crafting mojo is back! Yipeee! I created a card last night and I am so happy with the way it turned out. It came out exactly how I viewed it in my mind. I used an image from DZDoodles. There are lots of beautiful digis on that site.  Make sure you go and check them out.

Ma créativité est de retour! Yipeee! J’ai fait une carte hier soir et je suis très heureuse du résultat. Elle est comme je me l’étais imaginée. J’ai utilisé une image de DZDoodles. Il y a de magnifiques images sur ce site et une petite visite en vaut la peine.

Summer fun

Hello again, Today, you have two posts for the price of one - lol. I was going to show you this card tomorrow, but decided to add it now. It is all about summer fun.  Beautiful sunshine, hot weather and some water to do play in.  My card is simple, because the image tells it all.  This lovely digistamp was drawn by Nina, from Paper Cupcakes.

Hello dear friends,

Paula, of Tales from Pollycraft, posted this great challenge. You had to create a card using one of her free digital stamps and post it. In return, she gave a new freebie, which turned out to be cute little turtles. Now, the fun did not end there. The new challenge was to create a card using the color green AND the new image. New adventure
